Qualified employees aimed at continuous improvement are, without exaggeration, the golden fund of the R—Factor plant, which is committed to the development and modernization of production, expansion of the sales market and improvement of the quality of products.

Since the establishment of the plant, the number of employees has grown 10 times. At the moment, the organization employs 120 people, the average age of employees is 35 years. A significant role in the company is assigned to the recruitment of personnel – highly qualified professionals in their field work at the plant, 61% of employees have a higher education, 35% have a secondary special education.

It is very important for the management of the plant to continuously improve the level of professional education and competencies of employees, so every year at least 60% of the team takes training courses, which helps the company to increase the efficiency of production processes by improving the skills of personnel.

For the comfort of employees, the management of the plant provides social and living conditions: equipped places for living are provided, meals and travel from the place of residence to the place of work and back are paid. The company pays great attention to modern equipment of personnel: workwear and personal protective equipment are purchased only from trusted suppliers. The company actively works with young people, attracts students of technical universities and colleges of the country to undergo industrial and pre-graduate practices. In the near future, it is planned to implement the "First Step" project, within the framework of which the leading specialists of the plant will conduct introductory lectures on the activities of the enterprise and share their professional experience with students of educational institutions of the city of Nizhnevartovsk. Also, thematic quests will be held together with teachers, the purpose of which is to introduce children to production processes and interest them in future employment in R–Factor LLC.
