Warranty service

The warranty period of operation of most types of manufactured equipment is at least 12 months from the date of commissioning, but not more than 24 months after shipment from the manufacturer. During the warranty period, it is prohibited to repair the equipment by the consumer.

Warranty repairs are carried out when providing a passport for the equipment and claims to the manufacturer in case of detection of malfunctions that can disable the equipment before the warranty period, despite the exact fulfillment of the instructions of the operational documentation, as well as in case of detection of incomplete delivery.
