Strategy of R-Factor LLC in the field of occupational health and safety It consists in minimizing the negative impact of production on the health of personnel, ensuring safe working conditions and rational use of resources at all stages of the production process.

The activity of LLC "R-Factor" is based on the principles of:

  • the priority principle is to preserve the life and health of employees - the main value of the organization;
  • application of modern methods and methods of occupational health and safety, ensuring achievement and maintenance at the level required by law;
  • establishing the priority of actions aimed at preventing dangerous effects on humans, including the prevention of injuries and deterioration of the health of personnel;
  • constant readiness to prevent and eliminate the consequences of accidents, incidents, accidents and other emergencies;
  • application of an integrated approach to ensuring occupational health and safety, based on modern concepts of risk and damage analysis;
  • compliance of the activity with legislation, regulatory requirements in the field of occupational health and safety, requirements of the international standard ISO 45001;
  • responsibility of the management and staff of R-Factor LLC for causing damage to human health in the course of their activities.

To implement the Policy in the field of occupational health and safety, the management has identified the main directions:

  • introduction of new technologies and equipment aimed at the rational provision of increasing the level of safety and improving working conditions in order to preserve the health of personnel;
  • conducting an assessment of all possible risks in the workplace in order to identify possible and real hazards, as well as ensuring effective risk management in accordance with approved procedures;
  • ensuring continuous and comprehensive monitoring and analysis of risks, identified hazards for forecasting and ensuring occupational safety in the organization;
  • allocation of necessary resources to ensure occupational health and safety;
  • creating an environment that provides the necessary level of readiness of forces and means to prevent and eliminate the consequences of accidents, accidents, incidents and other emergencies;
  • conducting a special assessment of working conditions;
  • attracting employees to actively participate in occupational health and safety activities, as well as creating conditions that include the development of motivation methods in which each employee is aware of responsibility for his own safety and the safety of people around him;
  • continuous improvement of professional skills of specialists of LLC "R-Factor" in the field of occupational health and safety.

The management of R-Factor LLC assumes responsibility for the formation of corporate culture and the implementation of Policies in the field of occupational health and safety, effective functioning and continuous improvement of the integrated management system.
