R-Factor

Legally, the R-Factor plant began operating on February 1. The priority tasks were designated development design and technological documentation for equipment, in particular, mixers with wear-resistant coating, well completion equipment, as well as production preparation for the release of hydraulic fracturing units and the launch of mass production of products for them. By the end of the year, serial production of hydraulic parts was established.

Production of mixers with surfacing has been established. A sand mixing plant for the hydraulic fracturing helicopter fleet has been manufactured.

The production of high-pressure pumping units (hydraulic and mechanical parts) equipped with a heavy off-road chassis KAMAZ-6560 with a wheel formula of 8x8 has been established.

The first hydraulic part with chamber displacement was developed and manufactured, which allowed to increase the service life of the high-pressure pump unit.

In cooperation with the scientific and technical testing ground of PJSC LUKOIL, LLC RITEK, a unique import substitution project was implemented for the domestic oil industry - well completion equipment was designed and manufactured for conducting MGRP with sliding reusable couplings, with a full production cycle in Russia. Also this year, the first installation for chemical additives was made.

On June 4, during SPIEF-2021, a trilateral agreement was signed between PJSC Gazpromneft, JSC MIT and CJSC JV Mekamineft, within the framework of which the first Russian equipment for hydraulic fracturing (FRACKING) was developed. Also this year, the production of stainless steel manifold blocks was established. A contract was signed with the R-Factor plant for the manufacture of individual pieces of equipment and components for the Russian hydraulic fracturing fleet.
