Synergy is the key to successful solution of any tasks

The main customer of the R-Factor plant is CJSC JV Mekamineft, the largest company in the oilfield services market, capable of solving the most complex technological tasks in the field of enhanced oil recovery. In continuous work with employees of various departments and production sites of Mekamineft, there are many ideas for refining existing equipment and creating new ones.

For example, together with the automation department, an electric chemical machine and a hot water plant were designed, built and put into operation. Here, in a daily format, the processes of modernization, construction, configuration and testing of special equipment for hydraulic fracturing and GNKT are carried out: high-pressure pumping units, Blender mixing units, hydration units, etc.
On the basis of the Nasym PU, the designers of the R-Factor LLC plant developed and installed a two-section platform for installation, dismantling of equipment and maintenance of the preventer, a lower section for opening and closing tailgate valves, and also developed and coordinated a strapping scheme for simultaneous work through a tailcoat crosspiece installed at the mouth with a tread of the plant's production.
