There are technologies for the extraction of "difficult oil"!

In 2020, in cooperation with the scientific and technical testing ground of PJSC LUKOIL and LLC RITEK, an import substitution project unique for the domestic oil industry was implemented - well completion equipment was designed and manufactured for conducting MGRP with sliding reusable couplings with a full production cycle in
Russia.

During the tests of the complex, in 2019-2020, more than 40 horizontal wells with a horizontal trunk length of 1600 m were built at the V.N. Vinogradov field in Yugra; 8 wells with a horizontal trunk length of 1500-1700 m and 15-17-zone multistage hydraulic fracturing (MGRP) were built at the Sredne–Nazymskoye field. Due to the high
controllability of the equipment, the term of well development with MGRP was reduced by more than 2 times.

In November 2020, five patents of the Russian Federation were obtained for the main elements of the horizontal well completion complex – a coupling for conducting MGRP and an activation hydromechanical key for it, including the technology of conducting MGRP itself. Thanks to the successful development and implementation of the horizontal well completion complex, for the first time in the country, it was possible to achieve cost-effective development of hard-to-recover reserves of Upper Jurassic deposits and move to the industrial implementation of the technology. Today, import substitution
the equipment is used at many facilities of PJSC LUKOIL, as well as other companies in the oil and gas sector. This made it possible to ensure the technological development of the industry and the economic efficiency of the development of hard-to-recover reserves.
