Hot water installations: simple and reliable

Hydraulic fracturing technology is impossible without the use of working fluids. Their specific type depends on different parameters, but one thing is invariable: in order for everything to work out "as it should", the liquid must reach a certain temperature — and maintain it for a certain time. It sounds quite simple, but it is impossible to achieve such a result without special equipment. And here hot water installations come to the rescue.

The mobile hot water plant produced by the R-Factor plant is one of the most reliable and effective representatives of its kind. It is a mobile insulated container, inside of which there is a boiler and other necessary equipment. Due to such a structural feature, the hot water installation does not belong to capital construction projects, which significantly simplifies not only the process of its use, but also the paperwork. Moreover, the water heating system can be used both with the chassis and autonomously without them, and with the help of additional equipment, it can be transported by helicopter and used, for example, for a helicopter fleet. At the same time, the installation process of the unit does not require a lot of costs and efforts.

The installation works regardless of external circumstances — for example, weather conditions or temperature. The temperature range that is comfortable for her covers all values: from -40 °C to +40 ° C. The built-in electric generator provides autonomy from the power grid, but in addition, the installation has the possibility of power supply from external consumers. The installation can also be used as a source of electricity for other needs.

The first water heating system was produced at the R-Factor plant in 2016, and the wishes of consumers – service companies - were taken into account when developing the model. The result is a machine that is easy to operate, with a minimum amount of electronics, and has proven itself well during work in the conditions of the Far North.

In total, during the period from 2016 to 2023, almost 40 hot water installations were produced, which successfully operate at the facilities of the companies "JV "Mekamineft", "RN – GRP", "Svet-Energia" and others, as well as as part of the Russian FRACKING fleet.
