Own line of high-pressure pumps and accessories

The specifics of the operation of high–pressure pumps during hydraulic fracturing operations, especially in harsh climatic conditions, suggests that their individual parts – the hydraulic unit and its components - wear out quickly. The efficiency of the entire hydraulic fracturing fleet depends on the efficiency of replacing the hydraulic parts of the pump, so in 2016, the specialists of the R-Factor plant began developing their own line of high-pressure pumps and their components, relying on the practical and economic feasibility of consumers.

For several years, pilot field tests were repeatedly conducted, during which the elements were refined and modernized. In addition, the components are compatible with foreign-made pumps, which allows consumers to save significant funds on their purchase. Today it is safe to say that those more than 400 hydraulic parts for the injection pump, which were produced at the R-Factor plant, are in no way inferior in quality and reliability to imported analogues.
